At 365 by Stories, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is as smooth as possible.
*1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:*
– We accept returns within 2 days of the purchase date and exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date .
– To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
– Please note that certain items, such as underwear, swimwear, and personalized or custom-made items, are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged.

– Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
– Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) if applicable.

– Once you receive your RAN, securely package the item(s) and include the original packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.
– Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item is defective or damaged.
– Upon receiving the returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
*4. Refund and Exchange Options:*
– Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
– If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
